The Walker Ranch Park Review
Robert J. Ott
October 13, 2019
If you are looking for a fun, safe, clean park in San Antonio for your kids or grand kids, look no further than the Walker Ranch Park. This park gets my personal rating of 5 stars. It has a well-built playground that has two different sections for children 2-5 years old and 6-12 years old.
It has some great walking and biking trails and has plenty of shaded trees to keep you out of the hot Texas weather. This park is animal friendly and has many fallen trees that is perfect for the children to climb on. Two distinct features that this park has is the squirrels and the airplanes. In the mornings and late evenings, there are a number of squirrels that are not afraid to come up and ask for food. It brings the children great joy to chase and interact with them.
The other feature is the airplanes. Walker ranch park is located in the flight pattern of the airport. Which means every few minutes all different kind of planes will fly over, causing an interesting twist to the park experience. It has a large covered pavilion that would be perfect for parties or an afternoon lunch. It is located off Wurzbach Parkway and West Ave. If you haven’t yet experienced this park, I would highly recommend it.

Have you heard!!! Pre-approval is the very first step you must take to buy a house in San Antonio! Why is it so important? When you’re looking for a house on the MLS, the temptation to fall in love with a house that's outside your budget is very real.
When selling your home, it is important for your real estate agent to understand digital marketing. If you want the most reach for your home listing to get it sold quick and for the most amount of money, then find an agent that understands the internet and how to market it on video.
When a homeowner contracts with an agent to sell a home in San Antonio, the listing agreement has a set expiration date. When the home listing expires when this expiration date has passed without the property being sold, every agent gets notified about the expired home. On the latest Three Piece Thursday, I discuss my experience door knocking expired homes and the five things that could be the reason why their homes wont sell.
